Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with designers and clients to develop custom WordPress websites that meet client specifications and user experience goals.
– Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and design.
– Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and adhere to best practices in web development.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and other web-related problems.
– Stay current with emerging web technologies and trends to continuously improve our development processes.
– Maintain and update existing WordPress websites as needed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
– Strong proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
– Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization.
– Knowledge of web performance optimization and security best practices.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
– Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
